BISM, LLC Custom Website - Project Process:
 
 

1. Meet Your Sales Representative
    This person will work with you on your website from start to finish.
     
 

2. Contract Approved and Signed
    Customer and BISM, LLC must approve and sign the contract before BISM, LLC will start the website.
     
 

3. Initial Payment Due

    Upfront fees due before BISM, LLC will start on your website.
     
 

4. Web Design Consultation

    Meet with your design team to understand your wants and needs for the website.
     
 

5. Collection of Text and Images for Website
    You can provide BISM, LLC with text and images or BISM, LLC will provide you with text and images for a fee.
     
 

6. Website Design Finalized
    All site content including text, images, navigation for the project are finalized and agreed to.
     
 

7. Development of Website

    BISM, LLC will start developing your website once we have all the material. You will be given a test URL site, so you can look and test the website as we build it.
     
 

8. Testing of Website

    We will test your website and make sure all links and pages are working correctly. The website will be reviewed by our design team to make sure that all project goals are meet.
     
 

9. Customer Review of Website

    Once we have completed developing your website, you review the site and you can make any necessary content changes at this time. Design changes can also be made at this time but will affect project timeline and cost.
     
 

10. Final Approval

    Once the website is complete and you have reviewed the site, you need to approve the website with a written statement of your approval.
     
 

11. Final Payment Due
    Upon final approval, the remaining fees are due.
     
 

12. Publish Website

    When step 9 & 10 has been completed your website is published live on the Internet.
     
 

13. Search Engine Submission

    BISM, LLC will put your company’s name on the leading search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and many more. This feature is offered only when you host with BISM, LLC.
     
 

14. Maintenance

    To keep visitors coming back to your site, your site’s content needs updated frequently. We provide site maintenance packages based on 30 to 60 minutes a month for a fee; this option is available upon request.
